Position Title: Expertise Consultant – Kahnawake Gaming License Applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting Services: Provide expert advice to foreign companies on the requirements and process for obtaining a Kahnawake gaming license.
- Application Preparation: Assist clients in preparing and organizing all necessary documentation and application materials for submission to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
- Regulatory Guidance: Offer insights into KGC regulations, including compliance standards, financial requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the KGC, addressing inquiries, coordinating communication, and facilitating the application process.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on the online gaming industry and regulatory landscape to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Documentation Review: Ensure that all application documents are complete, accurate, and in alignment with KGC standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the online gaming industry, with a strong understanding of the Philippines on-line gaming industry and relevant licensing process, including the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
- Expertise: Proven track record of assisting clients with gaming license applications or similar regulatory processes.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of online gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and the Kahnawake licensing framework.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Location: Base in Toronto but free to travel domestic & internationally
